Whilst recognised as one of the UK’s out-of-town retail specialists, Satellite MPR was appointed to raise Urban Edge Architecture’s profile and increase its influence across the entirety of its diverse sector portfolio. Using our in-depth knowledge of key industry publications, events and influencers, our strategy focused on media relations, social media, blog writing, stakeholder engagement, collateral production and event attendance.

Working with Satellite MPR, the practice has seen its influence growing, particularly in the senior living sector, with Urban Edge Architecture’s experts invited to speak at a number of leading property conferences. We have secured interviews on BBC Radio and pieces in several influential publications including Housing Today and Property Week, whilst also dramatically increasing the practice’s online presence.

Although working nationally, it was also important for the growing business to raise its profile locally within Lincolnshire. Satellite MPR’s relationship building with local newspapers and business press yielded valuable results, whilst our award writing skills culminated in Urban Edge Architecture winning the ‘Large Business of the Year’ category at the 2019 Mercury Business Awards.
