Designed for Sterling Property Ventures and Tristan Capital Partners, 103 Colmore Row is a new 26-storey office building at the heart of Birmingham’s central business district and described as “one of the coolest addresses in Birmingham.”

Earlier this year, Satellite MPR’s copywriting team worked with TODD Architects’ Head of Healthcare to develop an abstract for submission to the Healthy City Design 2022 (HCD 2022) International Congress at the Royal College of Physicians in London. We are delighted to report that, following an anonymous, blind evaluation by the HCD 2022 programme committee, the abstract, “King’s Hall Health & Wellbeing Park, Belfast” is one of a select number that has been accepted for oral presentation.

The 132-bedroom hotel, near the landmark Clifford’s Tower, will feature a restaurant facing out onto the busy Piccadilly thoroughfare, becoming part of the Castle Regeneration Area.
